Another house in a collection of curated houses created by Covet House showcasing various styles and inspirations around the world, this time striking in Saudi Arabia. Set in otherworldly landscapes of the luxurious Riyadh, the villa was designed by Karim Abdul Muttalib, from K.A. Interior Design, in partnership with Covet House.
THE LIVING ROOM
The epitome of the modern classic aesthetic in this opulent project, the colossal living room is comprised of a large open space area that combines both the kitchen, hall, and dining room. With a very clear design, the living room contrasts the softness and richness of the fabrics, with the harshness of the materials and finishes of the furniture pieces. Earthy colors and elements compose the pieces in the living room to contrast with the architecture and modern esthetic of the space.

Odette Sofa by Boca do Lobo
Inspired by the Swan Lake Op. 20, a ballet piece composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, the Odette sofa tells the story of a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer’s curse. Its sweeping silhouette is accentuated with a polished brass structure and an asymmetric back that offers a sophisticated design and a timeless appeal. This is exclusive design at its best.
Florence Stool by Essential Home
Florence is a low stool both fun and practical. It has a somewhat cylindrical shape and a cushioned seat upholstered in velvet fabric, creating a soft and comfortable solution for your living room. Its base is made of polished brass, so it boosts some gold details over its trendy pastel colors available in the customization.

Dakota Sofa by Brabbu
Dakota Sofa is upholstered in soft cotton velvet and with a base in matte-aged brass, this velvet sofa will add a dash of luxury to any decor. The Dakota is a Native American tribe, they compose two of the three main subcultures of the Sioux people, and are typically divided into the Eastern Dakota and Western Dakota. Our designer’s passion for worldwide cultures aroused the desire to create Dakota Sofa.
Latza Center Table by Brabbu
The pyramid of stones on the shore of Lake Baikal, known as Latza, inspired the creation of the Latza center table. Featuring a top in walnut root veneer with a matte varnish and details in matte hammered brushed aged brass, this center table is sure to impress. Gorgeous!
